The success of an AX project depends more on "which task was chosen as the first target" than on development skills alone. That judgment becomes accurate only when seeing the actual site.
Remote interviews only reveal surface issues like "quote preparation takes a long time." By viewing actual forms and reference materials on-site, it becomes clear that the bottleneck isn't calculating quotes but finding similar past cases. If you choose the wrong candidate, no matter how well it's built, there will be no perceived impact.
The diagnosis workshop is a session where practitioners record their own time usage directly. Engagement levels differ significantly when conducted in the same space. When tasks chosen by the employees themselves are targeted first, resistance to adoption is minimal.
Development and weekly check-ins can be handled remotely. However, meetings to decide whether to continue or stop are better conducted in person. If the one-way travel is under 1 hour, this round trip won't be a burden, preventing delays in decision-making.

Run one selected task in a real environment. Approx. 8-12 million KRW based on 2 senior developers for 7 days. Success or failure is determined by the numbers agreed upon before commencement.
If criteria are not met, we record the reasons and stop. If achieved, it is standardized for internal use, expanded to neighboring departments, and handed over for operation through internal training.
